“Russia is not the only market in the world where Ukrainian produce should be delivered,” he notes

KIEV, July 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Kiev authorities should prepare for a full halt of trade with Russia, parliament-appointed Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said at a meeting over diversification of sale markets and sources of industrial produce supplies on Friday.

“We should prepare for almost full restriction on bilateral trade with Russia,” he said.

“Russia is not the only market in the world where Ukrainian produce should be delivered,” the prime minister said. “The government is prepared to do everything so that we will diversify the sale market for a brief period of time,” the prime minister said, citing several Ukrainian companies which protect alternative markets successfully as an example.

Yatsenyuk stated that if Russian market was closed for Ukraine “Ukrainian export will reduce by around five billion dollars”.
