MOSCOW, July 16. /ITAR-TASS/. Consultations on settlement in Ukraine’s south-east will take place as a video conference on July 17, Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Borodai told the Rossiya-24 television channel on Wednesday.

“The consultations are to take place tomorrow [on July 17] as a video conference,” he said expressing hope that they would actually occur and adding that they would speak about the format of these consultations on Wednesday night.
