LUHANSK, July 09. /ITAR-TASS/. The government of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic in eastern Ukraine told ITAR-TASS on Wednesday that a Ukrainian air force plane had attacked the positions of the self-defense forces near the city airport.

There are no casualties among the militia fighters, the government went on to say.

An air raid warning went off in Luhansk as soon as the plane had appeared in the city airspace.
