GROZNY, July 04. /ITAR-TASS/. President of Russian North Caucasian Republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov urges Islamists fighting in the Middle East to stop bloodshed.

“I urge all people who hear me to come back to senses, stop bloodshed, terrorist acts, return to their families, raise children, gladden their parents and build up our faith! Otherwise, the punishment of the God will be harsh on the Judgement Day,” Kadyrov wrote down at one of his official pages in social networks.

“I am asked about events in Iraq and Syria. I am asked how I take “creation” of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant. As a Muslim I take current events with pain and alarm. I am feeling pain that enemies of Islam by the hands of Muslims are destroying formerly powerful countries where our brothers live,” Kadyrov said.

“Cities and villages turned in ruins, several Islamic shrines are destroyed and the blood is being shed like a river. Countries to which Allah the Almighty gifted sweeping natural riches live in misery. Iraq, Syria, Libya, Egypt and Afghanistan are actually in the state of civil wars. Bandits trained by security services of the United States, Europe and Israel growing beards commit terrorist acts, kill hundreds and thousands of people every day under the disguise of Jihad,” the republican leader said.

Certain forces in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the Gulf states give financial aid to armed formations led by Al Qaeda terrorists, the Chechen leader said.
