The ministers “continued to exchange opinions on possible measures to facilitate the settlement in Ukraine”, the Foreign Ministry said. They “noted the vital need for the parties to the conflict to observe the truce, release members of the OSCE Mission, solve humanitarian problems in the east of Ukraine and begin a lasting dialogue between the Kiev authorities and representatives of the south-eastern regions”.
