THE HAGUE, June 26. / ITAR-TASS /. Google has started removing out-dated or irrelevant personal information from its search engine, following the decision of the EU court ruled on May 13, a spokesman for the company Al Verney said.

The company created a web page after the court decision, where users can make their complaints. “Each request has to be assessed individually,” Verney said. He added that the company got lots and lots of requests.

The court held that European law gives EU citizens the right to request removal of results that turn up in searches for their own names, if they are not public person. It is so-called "right to be forgotten". 

In accordance with the verdict Google should exclude Internet links from the search results with undesirable personal information, in the absence of objective reasons against it (for example, information of the public interest).
