KIEV, June 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s parliament-appointed Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said the country is ready for public technical consultations with Russia over the Association Agreement with the European Union.

“In order to settle all disagreements on this issue we’re ready for consultations. Let Russians tell us about the risks,” Yatsenyuk said on Wednesday.

Clauses of Ukraine’s agreement with the EU are incompatible with a free-trade deal between Russia and Ukraine, Russia said earlier.

“Now we must look at the structure of real problems which will appear carefully, and we may introduce a mechanism of a united customs tariff for groups of goods or a flat united customs tariff,” Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said.

In July, Russia, Kiev and Brussels will hold trilateral negotiations on the agreement to find ways to smooth down the risks arising from it, he said.

Ukraine has scheduled the signing of the economic part of the EU free-trade deal for Friday.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said he would sign the economic part of the Association Agreement with the European Union on June 27.

“The new minister bears double responsibility now that I will put my signature to complete the signing procedure for the Association Agreement on June 27,” Poroshenko said last week.
