SLAVYANSK, June 20 /ITAR-TASS/. Four civilians died and a child was seriously injured as Ukrainian troops shelled an area in the vicinity of the city hospital and children’s hospital in Slavyansk, the Donetsk region, a representative of self-defence forces told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

Earlier on Thursday, representatives of the Donetsk People’s Republic told Itar-Tass that the Kiev-controlled military units were refusing to implement a peaceful settlement plan proposed by President Pyotr Poroshenko and continued shelling Slavyansk and Kramatorsk from heavy artillery guns.
