KIEV, June 17. /ITAR-TASS/. The Verkhovna Rada has recommended the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to introduce martial law in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and to replace the chiefs of all law enforcement agencies and the Foreign Ministry.
