“We have been working with OSCE, with representative Heidi Tagliavini who is in Kiev, involved in negotiations with the Ukrainian side, with our ambassador,” the foreign minister told ITAR-TASS on Thursday. “In the framework of those contacts, we have been urging for an immediate implementation of the roadmap, which OSCE’s chairman presented following the visit to Moscow, and which is based on the Geneva statement of April 17.”

“Fist of all, it is stopping the violence and beginning a dialogue featuring Ukraine’s all regions,” Lavrov said.
