Heavy fighting between self defense militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic and Ukraine's armed forces took place in Luhansk Monday.

An air strike of the Ukrainian Air Force delivered on the Luhansk regional administration building was reported to have killed health minister of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic Natalya Arkhipova.
