SUKHUM, June 02. /ITAR-TASS/. Abkhazia’s acting President Valery Bganba has signed a decree to form a new government.
“I’ve decreed to appoint acting premier Vladimr Delba. All ministers continue carrying out their duties under legislation,” Bganba told government members on Monday.
“I’m not going to interfere into your work. Everyone has his functions. Work!” he said.
“It depends on your work how calm the elections will be held,” Bganba said.
Earlier, he said he had dismissed the government of Abkhazian Prime Minister Leonid Lakerbaya and appointed Vladimir Delba as acting premier.
