LONDON, May 21. /ITAR-TASS/. British journalist Graham Phillips working for Russia’s RT television channel, who was recently detained by Ukrainian special services in the eastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol, will be handed to British diplomats and then released, the BBC reported.
