Bureaucratic delays with the investigation of fire in Odessa is a manifestation of Kiev authorities irresponsibility

MOSCOW, May 15./ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Foreign Ministry has noted inadmissibility of Kiev’s use helicopters with UN symbols without authorisation.

“We raised the question at the United Nations. We’re assured that the UN maintained close contacts with Kiev. The UN pledged to inform us about the investigation,” the ministry’s spokesman, Alexander Lukashevich said on Thursday.

“The use of hardware without the UN authorisation is inadmissible and arouses serious concern,” he said.

Lukashevich also said that Russia insists on an objective inquiry into the tragic events of May 2 in Odessa.

Bureaucratic delays with the investigation of fire in Odessa, which took many lives  is a manifestation of irresponsibility Kiev authorities , the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
