MOSCOW, May 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s State Duma, lower house, Speaker Sergei Naryshkin has said he will lead a Russian delegation at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) due to take place in Baku at the end of June.

“The State Duma Council upheld my proposal to lead the delegation,” he said on Thursday.

Commenting on his speech at the OSCE PA, Naryshkin said he “will speak about the OSCE PA role in a dialogue on major and pressing issues for ensuring security in Europe and creating the continent without dividing barriers”.
