KIEV, May 10, /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine's parliament-appointed acting President Alexander Turchinov has appointed Irina Verigina acting Lugansk region governor. Verigina earlier occupied the post of first deputy regional governor. She is replacing Mikhail Bolotskikh whom Turchinov relieved of his duties earlier on Saturday.
