KIEV, May 10, /ITAR-TASS/. Governor of Ukraine's Lugansk region Mikhail Bolotskikh has been relieved of his duties by parliament-appointed acting President Alexander Turchinov. Turchinov's decree was published on the presidential website on Saturday.
