VIENNA, April 23. /ITAR-TASS/. Situation in eastern Ukraine remains tense, while in the rest of the country’s territory is practically calm, conclusions drawn by OSCE special mission say upon the outcome of Tuesday, April 22.
The observers state that the situation in the Luhansk region and particularly in the Donetsk region does not show any signs of de-escalation.
They also note continued tensions in the parts of the country adjoining the “problem regions”, which they attribute to fears and polarization of political outlooks.
