KIEV, April 17, 10:04 /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian police commandoes are conducting a special law enforcement operation in the eastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol, parliament-appointed interim Interior Minister Arseniy Avakov said on Thursday.

According to his report, three people are killed and 13 wounded in the special operation.
