KIEV, April 9. /ITAR-TASS/. In view of protesters’ actions, who have occupied the building of the regional department of Ukraine’s Security Service, armored vehicles were brought. “The military vehicles came from Dnepropetrovsk,” Ukrainian TV channel 1+1 reported on Wednesday.

“The exact place of deployment and the number of vehicles is not reported yet,” the message says.

According to a source in Luhansk law enforcement agencies, a numerous detachment of Right Sector has arrived at one of the military bases. The source added that the detachment is led by Dmytro Yarosh. In the nearest time, according to the source, a large-scale law enforcement raid against the protesters will be carried out in Luhansk.

Law enforcers may receive order to shoot at the protesters

Earlier, parliament-appointed Minister of Interior Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov stated that the situation in Luhansk, Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts, where mass rallies took place, could be settled within 48 hours by political means or by applying force. “I believe the solution for this crisis will be found within 48 hours,” he said. Avakov added that the Interior Ministry’s raid regime “throughout the three oblasts has not been cancelled, and we can carry out all the planned actions in any moment”. “There are two options, two extremes — political settlement and use of force. We are ready for both ones. The question is that, in my view, everything must go on like in Kharkiv,” he added.

Acting Deputy Head of the presidential administration Andriy Senchenko in an interview to ICTV channel said that servicemen and security service officers in the nearest time would receive an order to apply combat weapons against protesters in eastern Ukraine.

Meanwhile, people inside the building of the regional Security Service department in Luhansk are preparing documents with their demands to the Ukrainian authorities, one of the leaders of the protesters’ staff, Oleh Desyatnichenko told ITAR-TASS. “Now we are specifying our demands more intelligently from the legal point of view, to announce them to the people at the square,” he said. “We are all inside the building, discussing and preparing the demands to the government.” Earlier, representatives of the anti-Maidan staff told ITAR-TASS that at least a thousand people were inside the Security Service building in Luhansk.
