VIENNA, April 8. /ITAR-TASS/. The Iranian side has held bilateral meetings with delegations from Russia and China in Vienna, a source in Iran’s delegation told ITAR-TASS on Tuesday.
“Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Abbas Araghchi has held bilateral meetings with Russian and Chinese counterparts within the framework of the negotiations round of Iran and P5+1 in order to coordinate stances,” the agency’s source said.
Earlier, Araghchi told Iranian journalists that Tehran reckoned on progress in the course of the current round of talks. “We hope that we would be able to narrow the gap and lessen the differences regarding problematic issues,” he noted.
