Special forces from other regions are arriving to the east and south of Ukraine. A Counter-terrorist raid is underway in self-proclaimed independent Kharkiv. On April 7 Donetsk Region was proclaimed People's Republic. Later the same day it was reported that Kharkiv Region was also proclaimed People's Republic. The disturbances have spread to Odessa and Nikolayev.
