BRUSSELS, April 01. /ITAR-TASS/. An international format is indispensable for Russia and Ukraine to resume contacts, Germany’s top diplomat has said.
“We have to contribute to de-escalating the political crisis in Ukraine and persuade Russia and Ukraine to resume the dialogue,” German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said at the NATO ministerial meeting on Tuesday.
