“This is not our choice. Our citizens - particularly those who live in border regions - benefit from visa free travel,” State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told a meeting at the Federation Council on Friday.

“Up to three million Ukrainians work in Russia. This creates big problems,” the high-ranking diplomat said.
