WASHINGTON, March 20. /ITAR-TASS/. US Secretary of State John Kerry said he was planning to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the international nuclear summit in Hague next week.

He said the State Department was trying to organise the meeting, the agenda of which will be dominated by the situation in Ukraine.
