Next round of talks between Iran and P5+1 due April 7-9
Most probably, the negotiations would take place in Vienna again
VIENNA, March 19. /ITAR-TASS/. The next round of talks between Iran and P5+1 (five permanent UN SC members and Germany) is scheduled for April 7-9. Deputy for Legal and International Affairs of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Abbas Araghchi said this in an interview to IRNA news agency.
Araghchi added that, most probably, the place for consultations would be again Vienna.
The next meeting, the diplomat said, would allow “exchanging views to reach mutual understanding” upon the final comprehensive agreement. The consultations that are currently underway in the Austrian capital turned to be very useful, and the partners’ mood was “good, sincere and serious”, Araghchi stressed.
On Tuesday, the negotiations were focused on uranium enrichment program, issues of international cooperation in the field of atom for peace and sanctions lifting. On Wednesday, the parties will discuss the future of the research reactor in Arak, Araghchi added.
