/ITAR-TASS/. Crimean parliament has empowered Crimean Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Konstantinov and republican Prime Minister Sergey Aksyonov to sign “an interstate treaty on accession of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, a city with the special status, to the Russian Federation," the parliament resolution says.
