SIMFEROPOL, March 16. /ITAR-TASS/. All polling stations at current all-Crimea referendum in the Crimean city of Bakhchisaray with predominated Crimean Tatar population work, information that some of them did not open is untrue, chairman of Crimea’s Supreme Council committee for referendum Mikhail Malyshev told reporters here on Sunday.

“Information that several polling stations did not open in the city of Bakhchisaray is untrue. All 1,205 polling stations opened and are working,” he said, recalling that polling stations regardless the number of people voting at the referendum can close only at 8pm (10pm Moscow time) on Sunday.

In reply to the question whether Crimean residents undergoing treatment at psychiatric hospitals can vote Malyshev said, “Citizens who are incapacitated do not have the suffrage right by law, other people who are found legally capable to vote can vote.”

He also recalled that people not registered in Crimea did not have the suffrage right at current referendum.

Malyshev noted that he did not have any information that voting of people registered in other territories was exposed.
