PARIS, March 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Secretary General of the Interpol Ronald Noble has stated on Tuesday that photographs of two Iranians, who could get on board of the missing Boeing 777-200 with fake passports, were made public. Noble also expressed doubts that the disappearance of the passenger plane in Malaysia could occur due to a terrorist attack.

“The more information we get, the more we are convinced that it was not a terrorist attack,” Noble told a news conference in Lion, France. He added that there were two Iranian citizens on board of the missing plane. One of them is 19-year-old Pouria Nour Mohammad Mehrdad, and the name of the other 29-year-old man one is not disclosed.

According to the investigation’s data, they came to Malaysia with Iranian passports, and registered for the flight with stolen Austrian and Italian passports. Interpol data says the 19-year-old man planned to get residence permit in Germany. Noble stated that regarding the latest information obtained about these persons the police doubts their involvement in the possible terrorist attack on the plane. However, he expressed serious concern over how easy the two travelled with stolen documents.

The communication with Boeing 777-200 was lost when nearly two hours passed from the departure from Malaysian capital on Friday. The plane on its way to Beijing was supposed to be above the South China Sea in 120 nautical miles from Kota Bharu (Malaysia) in this moment.

According to preliminary data, it had 154 Chinese, 38 Malaysians, 5 Indians, 7 Indonesians, 7 Australians, 4 Americans, 3 French, 2 citizens of New Zealand, Canada and Ukraine, and one Russian and one Dutch on board.
