Britain and the US will try to arrange a meeting in Paris Wednesday night between the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, and Ukraine’s Acting Foreign Minister Andrei Deshchitsa, British Foreign Secretary William Hague said Wednesday afternoon following consultations with Deshchitsa and US Secretary of State John Kerry.
