KIEV, February 20. /ITAR-TASS/. Unidentified people wearing masks and camouflage uniform had stolen explosives, special devices and police vehicles from police depots in the city of Ternopol, western Ukraine, the regional police department said on Thursday.

The persons were being sought. A criminal case was opened.
