KIEV, February 20. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s Interior Ministry has urged rioters in Kiev to surrender arms.

“Law enforcers have not used and won’t use force against peaceful civilians,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

“Police will respond to extremists’ attempts to use force against policemen in compliance with the Ukrainian law ‘On Police’,” the statement says.
