KIEV, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Rioters in the centre of the Ukrainian capital city Kiev are attempting to seize the building of the Kiev city administration they have just left in line with their liabilities under the so-called amnesry law.

“Participants in the protest action are trying to seize the building, they burn car tires, throw Molotov cocktails at the building,” a spokesman for the Kiev police department told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
