Its sources specified that plans were to build barracks, a tea house, a kindergarten as well as some airport premises. Besides, some sports facilities will be built at the air base, including a stadium, an outdoor heated swimming pool, an obstacle course, a sports hall, playgrounds for volleyball, basketball and mini football, a ground for hand-to-hand fighting as well as a sauna. Besides, the landing strip will undergo repair.
