Vinnitsa regional administration staff back to jobs after protesters leave building

KIEV, January 31. /ITAR-TASS/. The Vinnitsa regional administration staff was back to the jobs on Friday after protesters vacated the building, the administration press service told Itar-Tass.

The region's governor Ivan Movchan was also at his workplace. Employees and officials put everything in order in the premises, the press service said.

Protesters seized the administrative building on January 25 after a rally outside. Some radical protesters broke the door, got inside and disrupted the regional council's extraordinary meeting. Police opened a criminal case over the seizure.

On January 30, the Vinnitsa city court prohibited the protesters to prevent the administration staff and the council from working in the building. After negotiations between officials and protesters, the work of the administration was unblocked.
