Leaders of Ukrainian opposition accused of provoking disintegration of Ukraine
Crimean parliamentarians: Ukraine shall not be yielded to extremists and neo-Nazis who seek to seize power at the expense of the disintegration of Ukraine and the blood of its citizens
KIEV, January 22. /ITAR-TASS/. The Crimean parliament at its extraordinary session on Wednesday has adopted a statement "On political situation" in which the Crimean lawmakers accused the leaders of the opposition of provoking bloodshed in Ukraine.
"The political crisis which formally developed as a result of a pause in Ukraine's European integration has turned into armed confrontation and street fighting. The victims injured in the clashes number hundreds already, and regrettably, a few of them are dead. This was a too high price claimed by a handful of political provocateurs - Klitschko, Yatsenyuk, Tyagnibik who, acting allegedly in the interests of the Ukrainian people and on their behalf, have trespassed a permissible line and provoked bloodshed," the Crimean deputies said in the statement.
Ukraine shall not be yielded to extremists and neo-Nazis who seek to seize power at the expense of the disintegration of Ukraine and the blood of its citizens. The Crimean people will never take part in an illegitimate election or recognize its results and will not live in Bandera's Ukraine, the Crimean parliamentarians declared.
