KIEV, January 22. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine's president and the country’s government will avert chaos and schism within in the country, Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov said on Wednesday, adding that existing authorities "were prepared for dialogue" with politicians who do not seek the state's breakup.

Those responsible for staging and instigating disorder would be punished, he warned, condemning central Kiev protesters as terrorists.

“Participants in this disorder cannot be named peaceful protesters and demonstrators. They are criminals who should be brought to justice for their actions,” he said.

“I state officially that masterminds and some participants in massive disorder should be held responsible for human victims,” the premier said, urging law enforcement agencies to investigate a death on Kiev’s Independence Square.
