ASTANA, January 21. /ITAR-TASS/. The president of Kazakhstan has signed a decree, relieving Kazakh ambassador to Russia Galym Orazbakov of his duties. The press service of the Kazakh president has circulated the text of the decree. The reasons for the ambassador's dismissal were not given.
