KIEV, December 19. /ITAR-TASS/. The gas price for Ukraine will not be permanently, it will change depending on the international rates, Ukraine’s President Viktor Yanukovich told reporters on Thursday.

“There is a pricing policy, which will not depend only on our desires, it will depend on the global market’s prices, which are used in the formula (for the Russian gas),” the president said.

The price will change, “up and down, and those will be also seasonal fluctuations, like it was earlier,” Yanukovich said.

“The price stability depends fully on the oil products’ prices. If the Brent price goes down to $80, the gas price will be lower than $268.5 (per one thousand cubic meters), it may be already around $230,” the Ukrainian president said.
