KIEV, December 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Supporters of the ruling Party of Regions party have started a nationwide action at the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine’s parliament) to back President Viktor Yanukovich.

About 1,000 people are involved in the action.

Deputy Oleg Tsarev said, “Ukraine’s future is based on friendship with Russia and the European Union. But a dialogue is indispensable inside the society based on different views.”

Meanwhile, several thousands of supporters of European integration have gathered nearby.
