KIEV, December 01, 16:16 /ITAR-TASS/. Clashes between protesters and the police have begun in front of the Ukrainian presidential administration building in Kiev. Gunshots are heard from nearby Bankovskaya Street, the area is wrapped in smoke.

A correspondent from the Kiev-based Public Television says the protesters are storming the presidential administration building.
