KIEV, November 28, 23:23 /ITAR-TASS/. The European Union is about to offer Ukraine to sign the Association Agreement in late February or early May 2014, the Ukrainskaya Pravda web publication said on Thursday.

The Ukrainskaya Pravda cited its sources that had said that representatives from the European Union and Ukraine were coordinating a joint declaration of the Eastern Partnership summit currently being held in Vilnius on further relations after Ukraine’s refusal to sign this agreement at the summit.

The document, according to Ukrainskaya Pravda, mentions procedures of settling problems in Ukraine’s trade and economic relations with Russia but there is no word about Russia’s participation in consultations on these matters.
