Russian tourists allegedly among injured in bus accident in Thailand

According to preliminary reports, the bus with 43 passengers was driving from the sea resort Pattaya to Rayong Province

BANGKOK, November 17, /ITAR-TASS/. Thirty foreign tourists, presumably Russian citizens, were injured in a road accident in Thailand, Southeast Asia, the Russian Embassy in Thailand told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

According to preliminary reports, the bus with 43 passengers was driving from the sea resort Pattaya to Rayong Province.

“Thirty people received slight injuries and were taken to different hospitals. Most of them are already checked out from the hospitals after the medical aid to them. Only two tourists remain at the hospitals. According to preliminary reports, a large part of tourists are Russian citizens,” press attachй of the Russian Embassy Aleksander Mrykin said.
