NEW YORK, November 6 (Itar-Tass) - Bill de Blasio, candidate from the US Democratic Party, apparently won mayoral elections here on Tuesday. The counting of votes is not yet over but American media, basing themselves on the findings of exit polls, have already pronounced him winner.
