A Russian citizen, 74, will be carried to St Petersburg to undergo treatment

MOSCOW, July 25 (Itar-Tass) - The Emergency Situations Ministry’s Il-76 plane equipped with special modules will fly to Namibia on Thursday evening to take a Russian citizen, who had a stroke, the ministry’s spokesperson, Irina Rossius, told Itar-Tass.

The Russian citizen, 74, will be carried to St Petersburg to undergo treatment. The plane is expected to return to St Petersburg on July 27, the spokesperson said.
