NEW YORK, April 16 (Itar-Tass) -- One more explosion ripped through a public place in Boston, in addition to the explosions that took place earlier in the day near the finish line of the Boston marathon.

This time, an explosion occurred at the John W. Kennedy public library. There was no information on any victims or destruction at the time of reporting.
