BRUSSELS, February 28 – The European Union has allowed deliveries of non-flying military hardware to the Syrian opposition. The decision was approved by the EU Council at the level of ambassadors on Thursday, according to Itar-Tass.

The European arms embargo has been prolonged until June 1.
