MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. A US-registered NATO reconnaissance aircraft has been spotted near the Kaliningrad Region for the third time since the beginning of this week, a source in air traffic control services told TASS.

"The Bombardier Artemis II aircraft is currently circling around the Kaliningrad Region while in the airspace of Poland and Lithuania," the source said. He recalled that the aircraft had made similar flights last Wednesday and Monday, spending more than four hours near the Kaliningrad Region on the latter occasion.

The source explained that the aircraft, which arrived from its permanent base at Constanta Airport in Romania, was flying at an altitude of about 10.5 kilometers without using air corridors designated for civilian aviation.

The reconnaissance aircraft regularly makes circular flights near the Kaliningrad Region. It is also frequently spotted over the southern part of the Black Sea, where it flies back and forth from west to east for hours, as well as over central areas of the Baltic states.
