MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. Russian military specialists have helped the Central African Republic (CAR) rebuild its army and train military personnel, President Faustin-Archange Touadera told TASS.

"Thanks to Russian military experts, we have been able to rebuild our army, train our soldiers to defend our territory and borders against hostile forces, reestablish full control over the territory of the Central African Republic, and restore security," he said.
