MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. The Central African Republic will not sever relations with anyone, and it has the right to choose its friends and partners independently, President Faustin-Archange Touadera told TASS in an interview.

"We are not severing relations with anyone. We are diversifying our partnerships, and we are guided by a simple principle: an African state has the right to choose its friends without permission from anyone else," the head of state noted.
